Our aim at Compass Northern Devon is to work within local communities to build a Good Society that works for all citizens and is fair, inclusive and sustainable.

Compass Northern Devon will

Campaign for proportional representation to make all votes count

Encourage local political parties to work together

Promote local opportunities to discuss a fairer political system

Campaign for civic education so people know how to get their voices heard

Encourage all adult citizens to exercise their right to vote

Promote the benefits of having a written constitution

How to check if you are registered to vote:

If you live in North Devon call:
North Devon District Council: 01271 388277

If you live in Torridge:
Torridge District Council: 01237 428739

You must do this no later than 17 April 2023

You can also use these same numbers to arrange a postal vote.

You must do this by the 18th April 2023.

Voter Identification

If you intend to go to vote at your local polling station you will need to take some form of voter ID with you.

This includes:

UK passport or photo driving licence

Over 60’s bus pass

Blue Badge

Disabled persons bus pass

Defence identify card

Biometric immigration document

National EEA identity card
